Standards we hold suppliers to, and hold ourselves to.
Compliance requirements differ by category. What stays constant is how we approach them.
-
Supplier vetting & onboarding
New suppliers go through a documented onboarding check before their goods are offered to a partner.
-
Batch documentation & traceability
Where a category calls for it, specifications, certificates and batch records are kept and can be traced back to origin.
-
Category-specific regulatory awareness
Food safety, cosmetic safety, packaging and labelling requirements are worked through with the manufacturer or wholesale partner before an agreement is confirmed.
-
Ongoing supplier review
Performance and quality are reviewed through the life of a relationship, not just at the start of it.
Working towards recognised standards
We're committed to aligning our internal processes with internationally recognised quality management practices as our accreditation programme develops, and we're open to supplier and partner audits as part of the assessment stage of a new account. If a specific certification is a requirement for your business, raise it during the enquiry stage below and we'll confirm exactly where things stand.
